Recently I was interviewed by Josh Morgan, the producer of the Podcast “The Plural of You”.

I want to thank Josh for reaching out to me and bringing me onto his show. It was something I’ve not done before and must admit was easier than I thought it would be. The podcast is for and about people helping people. In this episode Josh and I talked about what prompted me to write the book and about how I approached to “Have the talk” with my parents. Obviously this is quite the hard part for most people, so if you are interested in finding out more please listen to the podcast.

The episode is less than 30 minutes, just long enough to have a cup of coffee or tea, or listen to while driving. Enjoy.

Also, please leave your comments below. I would love to hear what your thoughts are.

This is not your granny's walker!

This walker is a bit pricey but the steering and rolling comfort makes it easy to use. Note: most people push it like a shopping cart. That is wrong. The correct way is to stand upright and not lean forward. If you don't know how to use it have a nurse show you.
