An Elder Care Manual

“The Plural of You” Podcast Episode #51 by Josh Morgan

Our loved ones are getting older and will one day need care. Josh Morgan, the producer of the Podcast “The Plural of You”, invited me to share my knowledge with his audience early this year. His podcast can be found on Spotify, it just takes a minute to find it. Sorry, for not including a direct link, but last time I did that my blog got hacked 🙁

I want to thank Josh for contacting me and bringing me onto his show. It was something I’d not done before and I must admit it was easier than I thought. The podcast is for and about people helping people. In this episode, Josh and I talked about my motivation to write the book and how I approached the dreaded “Talk” with my parents. This is quite hard for most people, so if you are interested please listen to the podcast.

The episode is less than 30 minutes, long enough for a cup of coffee or tea or listen to while driving. Enjoy.

Also, please leave your comments below. I would love to hear your thoughts.

This is not your granny's walker!

This walker is a bit pricey but the steering and rolling comfort makes it easy to use. Note: most people push it like a shopping cart. That is wrong. The correct way is to stand upright and not lean forward. If you don't know how to use it have a nurse show you.
